1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into a contract under Indian law.

2. The Service

Aditya Drishti is a Vedic Jyotish AI tool that computes birth charts using Swiss Ephemeris and generates educational, reflective guidance via large language models. The Service exists for self-reflection and soul-evolution learning.

Specifically, the Service is not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or psychological advice. Do not use the Service to make decisions in those domains without consulting a qualified professional.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You will not share your account or sell access to it.
• One human, one account. Multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limits will be terminated.
• Notify us immediately at support@adityadrishti.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Seeker, Sadhak, family plans) renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable taxes (GST).
• All payments are processed through Razorpay. Their terms also apply to the payment transaction itself.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or attempt to harm any person, including via “readings” about third parties without their knowledge.
• Misrepresent the Service's output as a deterministic prediction. Vedic Jyotish is a framework for self-reflection; outcomes depend on free will.
• Resell, redistribute, or wrap the Service's outputs in another product without written permission.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to attack our systems.

6. Intellectual property

Aditya Drishti, including its engine, prompt design, articles, and visual identity, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your birth data and chat questions. We retain a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

7. AI-generated content

AI responses are generated each time you ask and may vary. They reflect a synthesis of classical Vedic frameworks and large language model output — not deterministic prophecy. We do our best to ensure responses are accurate, ethical, and grounded in your chart, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or harm other users. On termination, your access ends; refunds (if any) are processed per the Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will follow from its use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aditya Drishti's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
