What is Aditya Drishti?
A Vedic Jyotish AI service. We compute your birth chart with arc-second precision using Swiss Ephemeris, then layer classical Jyotish frameworks (Parashari, Jaimini, KP, Lal Kitab) on top via large language models — so you can read your chart like a seasoned astrologer would, without paying for one.
Who is it for?
Curious seekers, householders making decisions, NRIs missing cultural roots, and anyone who wants to understand themselves through the Vedic lens without the gemstone-upselling transactional theatre most astrology apps have become.
Is there a free version?
Yes — the chart calculator and several Jyotish tools (Sade Sati, Panchang, Compatibility) are free without signup. Saving charts to your account, chatting with the AI, and depth features sit behind the paid tiers. See pricing.
Accuracy & tradition
How accurate is the chart calculation?
We use the Swiss Ephemeris, the same engine used by professional Jyotish software for decades. Planet positions are computed to the arc-second. Default ayanamsha is Lahiri (the Indian government standard); KP, Raman, Krishnamurti, and others are selectable.
Which traditions does the AI draw from?
Parashari (Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra) as the foundation, with classical and modern overlays: Jaimini (Chara Karakas, Arudha), KP (sub-lord theory), Lal Kitab (remedial framing, translated into non-transactional language), and Nadi techniques for nakshatra-level depth. Every observation cites its source.
Do you predict the future?
We surface timing windows from dashas, transits, and Varshaphal — but as curricula, not verdicts. Your chart is a map of inclinations and lessons; free will and choice ultimately shape the path. See our Ethics Manifesto.
Will you predict the date of death?
No. Classical Jyotish has death-indicating techniques; we don't surface them. Ever. Not for you, not for a parent, not for a partner. This is non-negotiable.
Data & privacy
What data do you collect?
Account basics (email, name), birth data (date, time, place), your charts and AI conversations, payment metadata. Card details never touch our servers — Razorpay handles payments. Full breakdown in the Privacy Policy.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. Never have, never will.
When I chat with the AI, where does that go?
Your message and a compact chart summary are sent to a large language model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Groq) under an enterprise data-processing agreement. The provider does not use this data to train their models. Your full chart and chat history stay in our database.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@adityadrishti.com from your registered address. We process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What does it cost?

Can I get a refund?
Yes — full refund within 7 days of first payment, no questions asked. Details on the Refund Policy page.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — we never auto-renew after you cancel.
Is there a family plan?
Yes — one plan covers multiple family members, each with their own saved chart and private AI memory. Designed for the Indian household where the chart of a parent, spouse, and children all matter. See pricing.
Ethics
Do you sell gemstones?
No. We will never own a gemstone store, take affiliate revenue from one, or recommend a specific stone for profit. Classical gem references exist in our engine as scholarly observations, never as upsell. See Ethics Manifesto.
Do you tell me about doshas?
We surface classical doshas (Mangal, Kaal Sarp, Pitru) when they're present in a chart — but we frame them as patterns and karmic curricula, never as curses requiring expensive remedies. No fear, no sales funnel.
Will an astrologer call me to upsell anything?
No human astrologers, no phone calls, no “urgent puja” messages. Pure AI, pure transparency.
Practical
Which languages are supported?
English at launch. Hindi and other Indian languages are on the near-term roadmap — the AI engine already handles multilingual queries; the marketing site and onboarding flow are being translated.
I don't know my exact birth time. Can I still use it?
Yes. With approximate time, planetary placements remain accurate; house cusps and ascendant become approximate. The app includes a birth-time rectification helper that narrows the window using known life events.
Can I check compatibility with someone else's chart?
Yes. We support classical Ashtakoota Gun Milan and a deeper multi-factor compatibility analysis. Available as a free tool and inside the app.
Will this work in the US / UK / Singapore / UAE?
Yes. The app auto-detects time zone and serves NRIs specifically. We test against birth places worldwide.
